Sending a request through this website does not create a booking. It is an enquiry. Your experience exists only once we have replied with a proposal and you have confirmed it in writing.

Prices
Because every experience is private and built to order, prices are quoted individually. The quote we send you states exactly what is included and what is not before you commit.

Changes and cancellations
The cancellation and rescheduling conditions that apply to your booking are stated in the written confirmation you receive. Please read them before confirming.

Your responsibilities
Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time and let us know in advance about reduced mobility, allergies or anything else that affects how we plan the day.

Third parties
Some parts of an experience are delivered by museums, restaurants, boutiques and transport providers who set their own rules, opening hours and availability.
